Hailey earned her BA in Psychology from San José State University and brings several years of experience in higher education, social services, and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Stanford, Hailey served as an Assistant Manager and Undergraduate Program Coordinator at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where she managed undergraduate academic programs and departmental operations, advised students, and led projects to strengthen student services. She enjoys bringing structure to complex work, improving processes, and being part of a collaborative team making a meaningful and lasting impact. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending time in nature with her German Shepherd, Mocha, traveling, trying new crafts, eating delicious food, and relaxing by the beach with a good book.
