I am a master’s student at Harvard University in Computational Biology and Quantitative Genetics. In the Qiu Lab, I am developing MultiDynamo, a GRN-informed RNA velocity imputation tool with neural ODEs from spatial multiome data. Outside the lab, I enjoy hiking, watching science-fiction movies, and reading science-fiction novels, ranging from Star Trek to The Three-Body Problem.
